From our facility in Elgin we’ve been manufacturing timber systems for over thirty years.
We design, manufacture and erect precision-engineered timber for our new build homes in Scotland – delivered by Robertson Homes, Robertson Partnership Homes and Robertson Living – and including private, social and affordable housing.
With an in-house team of designers, technicians and engineers we have the know-how to deliver whole projects and specialist support including design suitability, budget, value engineering and new product development. Success for us is delivering the high-performance components our customers need and expect – and it’s the work we do with them before any timber is cut that guarantees we have the detail to do just that.
As well as supporting sustainable development, off-site timber manufacturing provides multiple benefits for our customers including guaranteed quality control and faster build times which drive cost efficiencies. At Stirling Health & Care Village the design, supply and installation of 10,962m2 of timber panels, floor cassettes and roof trusses improved time and logistical efficiencies on a site located between two operational NHS buildings. And manufacturing weather-protected floors for new student accommodation at the University of the Highlands and Island during harsh winter conditions meant each floor was watertight as the kit was erected, giving follow-on trades early access.
