When it comes to your wellbeing, we take an all-round approach. On any day of the week you'll find resources and activities to help improve and maintain your physical, mental, financial and social wellness.

You'll always have someone to talk to

When you join us you’ll have access to our Employee Assistance Programme from your very first day.
This is a great resource to have at hand when you need practical and impartial support on everyday matters from financial and legal to family and home issues.
It’s free, completely confidential, and open 24/7, 365 days a year.
We have Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) for all of our sites and offices – over 150 employees who are fully trained to be a point of contact for any colleague experiencing stress, anxiety or poor mental health.
They’ll be there to offer you initial support by listening and providing next-steps guidance – in complete confidence.

Learning for wellbeing

Using our e-learning platform, choose from a vast range of wellbeing topics including physical, mental and financial. We add to these constantly to cover the wellbeing matters you tell us are important to you.
Throughout the year you’ll be invited to webinars and workshops where you’ll have the chance to hear and talk about stress awareness, financial awareness, retirement planning, physical health and more.
Through our healthcare provider you’ll have access to a free health app with guidance and programmes to help build healthy habits that last.

Spotlight events

Throughout the year you can get involved in events at local and company level that support worthwhile causes and encourage us all make positive changes to improve our own wellbeing.
The biggest of them all is our annual steps challenge, Walk the Robertson Way.
This charity fundraiser runs over the course of one month in spring, and gives everyone in Team Robertson a great reason to get out and about and reap the benefits of daily exercise.
