As a trainee you'll work at Robertson and attend college or university on a day release basis. That way you earn a salary and industry qualification – with your education costs covered by us.

Start date: August 2024 – roles are advertised between February and March, with interviews in April. 

Entry requirements: minimum National 4 or equivalent within relevant subject areas.

Duration: 2 to 4 years (course dependent).

Typical roles: business management, site management, quantity surveying, civil engineering and technology.

Everything is geared towards your professional and personal development. Depending on your role you’ll work on a live site or be office-based. Whichever it is, you’ll build strong and relevant skills through hands-on work experience and support from a hugely experienced team.
