Why do a traineeship with Robertson?
"With the support of the experts in my team I was able to develop and broaden my technical knowledge and skills, and get hands-on experience working on real-life projects. A huge part of my learning was being able to go onto different sites and see the projects I’d been working on in the office become reality.
"I was always encouraged to work alongside different teams in the business which allowed me to expand my knowledge further than timber frame design. As well as meeting new people and building my confidence, it also showed me just how many opportunities there at Robertson. Now that my traineeship has finished, I’m still being encouraged to expand my knowledge of the business and in my chosen discipline."
