Mentor match: as part of your graduate programme, you'll be partnered with a workplace mentor.

"I was partnered with Senior Site Manager Mick. During the initial weeks on site, Mick helped me get to grips with site standards, procedures and expectations, and learn more about our company culture and how we work – the Robertson Way.

Through mentorship I soon understood how traditional trade skills connect with modern construction methods, and how the various aspects of a project link together. Mick really instilled in me how important attention to detail is at every stage – from groundwork to finishing – as it all impacts the end result. His emphasis on doing things right first time really stuck with me and now shapes how I approach all aspects of my work."
