With 70 per cent of business turnover being associated to the work, services, and materials our supply chain members provide, it is essential that we maintain a high performing multi sector supply chain made up of national, local, SME and third sector suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, designers, and consultants.  

We value the wider significance that effective supply chain management practices can have on our ability to deliver a lasting legacy across the communities where we work. As a responsible business it is therefore essential that we create the right environment where our extended supply chain can meet our high standards. 

Supply chain development remains at the core of our business strategy. 

Developing long term relationships plays an important part in our approach to supply chain excellence, alongside keeping abreast of industry developments, engaging with upcoming new business ventures, and maintaining local relationships with SMEs and third sector providers.
