The development offers a flexible, collaborative environment for operations staff who currently work across four sites.

The two-storey building provides 1,200m2 of open plan office and meeting space, and dedicated areas for staff training and development.

Cycle parking and seating areas are being created along with a starter box for the Balgove Course, a shared utilities and plant room services hub, and an additional 75 car parking spaces for the Eden car park.
