Major construction projects in Leeds and West Yorkshire
Robertson has delivered several significant projects in Leeds, including the West One office refurbishment and extension in the city centre. The project saw a four-storey extension with courtyard and green walls to rejuvenate the area, provide office space and community accommodation.
The Leonardo & Thoresby Student Accommodation, was a unique student accommodation development that positively re-purposed a redundant site within the Leeds City Centre Conservation Area.
And we delivered a new Hampton by Hilton hotel which saw the conversion, refurbishment and extension of a 12-storey office and podium block form part of the regeneration of Bridge Street, on the northern fringe of Leeds city centre.

Facilities Management in West Yorkshire
Robertson currently provide facilities management to all of Wakefield Council’s corporate estate and 60 schools. This includes planned and reactive maintenance including small projects, minor works, and a 24-hour help desk, over an initial 3-year term.
