We guide customers through the entire project process, with services from feasibility and design to construction and facilities maintenance, always looking for ways to add more value and sustainable efficiencies.
For the £30.68m Bertha Park High School we involved our furniture, fixtures and equipment supplier in the preconstruction stage, revisiting every room using BIM technology and producing detailed visuals to inform final design, reducing the FF&E cost by £50k. We have a strong and diverse supply chain. During the £15m upgrade and refurbishment at Perth Theatre – the first in its 116-year history – we brought together a project team with the craftmanship to skillfully preserve the character of the historic Edwardian auditorium, and build a modern, triple-height extension with foyer, bar, restaurant and 200-capacity studio theatre.
Collaboration is a key ingredient in our success. Building the £25m Pharmaceutical ‘Specials’ Facility at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, through our workshops with stakeholders we gained the insight we needed to optimise people and process flows, and ensure compliance in a highly-regulated healthcare and manufacturing environment.
