Our input into the design of the Balfour Hospital in Orkney provided lifecycle costing and insight into operational efficiencies, and the relationship continues with the team on site providing facilities maintenance in a 25-year contract. At Nissan’s Sunderland manufacturing plant, we’ve been providing facility upgrades and planned and reactive maintenance for a decade. And our work for Dundee City Council, where we maintain eight schools, is just an example of our many partnerships with local authorities across the UK.
