In this two-phase project we transformed Proctor & Gamble's 60-year old innovation centre into a modern facility fit for the 21st century. The building is home to offices and laboratories for research and development teams who come up with some of the world's most well-known home and health products.

The renovation included a new 130m M&E services area about the existing single storey building and full refurbishement of the first-floor office space, including asbestos removal.

Working in a live environment, through detailed coordination we completed all works and ensured the P&G teams remained operational thorughout.

"It was a pleasure to work with such a proactive company and I would recommend Robertson for any future projects"

– Archana Roy, Senior Project Manager
