Preconstruction

RIBA Stages 2–4
BIM modelling and digital services to drive innovation and certainty in design
Develop supply chain strategy with contractors assuring productivity levels from the outset, agreed and monitored throughout.
Collaborative design management with continued review of design maturity against RIBA stages, ensuring design meets customer requirements throughout project lifecycle
Gateway 3 report to review that preconstruction activity will deliver brief requirements.
