North West Construction Hub framework

A range of contract types can be selected so long as they are collaborative. Procurement can take place from RIBA Stage 0 through to Stage 4, according to the needs of the project.

The frameworks have been developed and revised (through comprehensive consultation) by public sector organisations who understand the needs of their peers.

North West Construction Hub has carried out a rigorous selection process to appoint Constructor Partners to the frameworks. Open book accounting principles enable customers to ensure competitive best value rates.

A rigorous pre-qualification process, which has already been undertaken, saves customers time and effort. Furthermore, this enables a contractor to be appointed in a minimum of six weeks if the programme is demanding.

NWCHs first framework became active in 2010, followed shortly after by two more, giving over 15 years of track record. All four frameworks have now been re-procured. , with a high percentage of repeat customers.

The client pays no direct fee to use the re-procured frameworks. The Framework Management Fee is now recovered from the Constructor Partner through their competitively tendered overheads.
