New Scottish local authority deal for our FM business
East Renfrewshire Council has awarded a two-year contract to Robertson Facilities Management for the supply of electrical maintenance services to approximately 170 buildings located throughout the Scottish region.
The contract, worth close to £600,000 over its term, covers the repair, replacement and maintenance of electrical works and property management, as well as a 24/7 emergency response service.
"This contract cements our status as a leading provider of facilities management services across Scotland."
Ian continued: "We currently have active contracts with many Scottish local authorities and have also established a major presence in the north of England delivering hard and soft FM services for public sector clients. We look forward to working with East Renfrewshire Council."
The contract comes with the option to extend by a further two years.
