Travis Perkins was relocating premises in Elgin and through a combination of property development and construction, Robertson made this happen at minimal risk to the customer.

Robertson Property secured a 1-acre industrial site from Moray Council on a 99-year lease and obtained planning permission to develop a trade counter and warehouse.

Robertson Northern then built a 10,000 sq. ft. industrial unit with yard to Travis Perkins’ requirements. The site was below the level of the road and needed to be upfilled without affecting the flood plain, before construction could start.

The completed development was sold as part of the Robertson Property’s industrial portfolio, providing a sustainable future return for the buyer.
