Ebor House, Bridlington

We continued our relationship with Together Housing, refurbishing another multi-storey residential block in Bridlington.

We removed the existing external wall system over 10 storeys and replaced it with an insulated render system to be compliant with BS:8414 and BRE 135.

To ensure complete safety, we provided a waking watch service while works were completed.

Works were carried out while the tower block was fully occupied. In this respect tenant liaison was key.
