Robertson Civil Engineering delivered a new access road, reconstructed a roundabout and carried out other landscaping works on a live site at Inches Retail Park.
To construct the new access road and alter the existing one, works were carried out on the existing public roads. This required detailed traffic management plans to be agreed with the retail park to ensure our team didn't inconvenience daily life. The demolition of two existing retail units, to provide space for three new units, included construction of one retail building and also enabled works for a McDonald's Restaurant, as well as associated external works.

Working in a live 156-space car park that was part of the site.
