Cleaning typically forms the core part of a soft FM contract and is performed and managed by our own directly employed operatives. Our cleaners are an important part of our wider FM teams – as well as logging cleanliness and hygiene issues, they may also report other things, such as issues for our building fabric maintenance engineers to address.
