We’re particularly proud of our track record in healthcare, helping shape environments which improve the facilities and experience for patients, staff and visitors. Just two examples are the £45.3m reconfiguration at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary’s Foresterhill, one of the largest healthcare campuses in Europe, where our site team delivered safely in a live environment; and Maggie’s Centre in Aberdeen, a unique, pebble-shaped building created through innovative construction methods.

Our customers rely on us being on-time and on-budget, and trust us to bring the team to do it. The £36.9m Pittodrie Street Student Accomodation was handed over on schedule, with Phase 1 delivered one week early, despite the challenges of a site surrounded by properties with the closest only 350mm away. Our work extends across sectors including healthcare, commercial, education, student accommodation and hospitality.
