From our office in Ratho on the outskirts of Edinburgh we provide feasibility, preconstructon, design, construction and facilities management services for customers throughout Central Scotland. Recently, we've worked in landmark locations including Ingliston in Edinburgh where we built the new £4.8m Royal Highland Showground Pavilion ahead of what would have been the 180th Royal Highland Show. The £8.8m redevelopment of Raeburn Place created a modern sports hub and commercial units at the iconic Stockbridge sporting ground.

Our education projects include the £12m enabling works on the University of Edinburgh’s science and engineering campus – constructing two buildings and removing live M&E services from the footprint of the site, it shows the strength of our project and safety management in a live environment with 15,000 people. And the Stirling Health & Care Village which integrates health, social and residential care services – a first in Scotland – saw the site team work between two operational NHS buildings, another reflection of how we keep programmes safely on track and on budget regardless of site contraints.
