This privacy notice provides information on how the Robertson Group companies collect and process your personal data when you take part in the South Street Project Survey.

1. Important information and who we are

Robertson Group and Robertson Residential Group is made up of different legal entities, details of which can be found here Legal (robertson.co.uk).  When we mention “Robertson Group” for this privacy statement we are referring to the Robertson Group Ltd which is the controller responsible for the South Street Project Survey.

2. The data we will receive about you

In respect of the data from the South Street Project Survey, Robertson may collect, store and transfer the following personal data about you:-

  • Contact details, email and other Information you put into forms and input fields
  • A record of any correspondence between you and Robertson in regard to the South Street Project
  • Information about your device (e.g. your IP address, web browser, operating system) for system administration, debugging and aggregate reporting in line with the Robertson Cookie Notice which may be found here: Cookie notice (robertson.co.uk)

Robertson Group will have access to the names of persons who submitted the Questionnaire to allow Robertson to collate comments and questions.  This will allow Robertson to provide the comments to Moray Council and UHI Moray to allow them to answer questions and take feedback from the comments to inform them of the public view. 

After the Survey is complete and the personal information from it is no longer required Robertson Group will delete the specific personal data we have received from the South Street Project Survey, but will retain the information in anonymised format for as long as is required by the project.

 

3. How we share your personal data

We will not share your personal data with any third party external to Robertson.  We will share any comments made or questions asked in anonymised format.  Any questions asked will be answered by Robertson after asking the other parties for answers where required. 

We will not transfer, store and process your personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area.

 

4. Your legal rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data including the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
