The development at Armadale sees the delivery of 27 affordable two bed homes presented in a mix of 3 and 4 block terraces.  Currently in its fifth year of trading, Robertson Partnership Homes is committed to supporting the Scottish Government’s Affordable Housing Supply Programme, with 1,400 homes in a variety of locations throughout the country currently under construction, or about to commence.

James Freel, managing director, Robertson Partnership Homes, said: “With this latest development we are further supporting the Scottish Government’s affordable homes target of 50,000.  To reach the milestone of our 1,500th home reflects the team’s hard work and dedication, particularly when this development was completed under our stringent COVID-19 Safe Operating Procedures.

“This has been our first project for Castle Rock Edinvar and we look forward to working in partnership with them to deliver further housing opportunities.

“Robertson Partnership Homes takes a great deal of pride in being able to enrich the lives of individuals and families through the provision of high-quality homes, which aligns with the Scottish Government’s plans to increase the number of homes available so that everyone has a good quality home that they can afford and that meets their needs.”

Tom Norris, managing director customer delivery Scotland, Places for People, said: “Working together with developers, local authorities and landowners means we can be more effective in achieving our housing supply to the standards our customers deserve, and we are pleased to celebrate the successful completion of our first partnership project with Robertson Partnership Homes. This development brings much needed affordable housing to the area and takes our total housing stock in Scotland to well over 6000 homes in communities from the Central belt to the Highlands and the North East.”

Throughout the build programme the team facilitated a number of community initiatives including workplaces for University and Secondary school students.
