Robertson appoints Adrian Mole as CEO of RFM
As part of its wider separate business initiative, Robertson Group has announced the rebrand of its Facilities Management business as RFM and appointed Adrian Mole as Chief Executive Officer, RFM.
Adrian has worked at Robertson for the last eight years, most recently as Executive Managing Director of Robertson Facilities Management. With over three decades of industry experience, Adrian has been instrumental in driving the success of the facilities management offering by securing and delivering major contracts while supporting expansion across the UK.
In his new role, he will oversee the next phase in the development of RFM which will continue to deliver within both the hard and soft FM markets and further expand its offering in energy management and decarbonisation.
Adrian commented: “The facilities management industry is constantly evolving, presenting both opportunities and challenges. By remaining committed to embracing innovation, adopting new technologies and developing long-term partnerships, we will continue to meet the changing demands to ensure sustainable growth.

Facilities management has been a key deliverable by Robertson over the past 25 years and key clients include the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, NHS Business Service Authority, National Galleries of Scotland, Wakefield Council, Scotrail, and Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council.
RFM remains a Robertson family-owned business, supported by the Robertson Group Board.
