Jaguar Land Rover contract win drives us forward
Robertson North West has secured a £9m-contract to build a new Hunters Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Chester. Work on site began in July 2017 and is expected to take 54 weeks to complete.
This is a stylish and exciting project to have been selected to deliver. Our experience with similar construction projects will enable us to deliver the structure to the highest standard and we are looking forward to starting work.
The new facility will be approximately 6000m2 and will stand on the site of the existing showroom.
The dealership will contain office space, showrooms, workshops and parking roof deck.
The project is being overseen by chartered quantity surveyors and construction cost consultants, Lumsdon Wood Partnership.
The contract announcement comes after Robertson North West's recently completed office block project as part of the Bolton Central development.
