In this two-phase project we transformed Procter & Gamble's 60-year old innovation centre into a modern facility fit for the 21st century.
The building is home to offices and laboratories for research and development teams who come up with some of the world's most well-known home and health products.
The renovation included a new 130m M&E services area above the existing single storey building and full refurbishment of the first-floor office space, including asbestos removal.
Working in a live environment, through detailed coordination we completed all works and ensured the P&G teams remained operational throughout.
