Meet our leadership team

Our residential leadership team includes our founder Sir Bill Robertson, and is responsible for setting our strategy and delivering new build homes across the UK for private market sale and in partnership with local authorities and housing providers.

    Executive Chairman
    Bill founded Robertson in Elgin in 1966, and still provides active leadership of the Group today. A past president of the Scottish Builders Federation, Bill was made a CBE in recognition of his services to UK construction. He was knighted for his services to construction and charity in the 2023 New Year's Honours list.

    Elliot brings over 25 years' experience in the residential construction industry and formerly held the positions of COO, Strategic Business Development Director and CEO of Robertson Homes.
