Keeping facilities clean is a core part of Soft FM services, and to ensure our standards are at the forefront of best practice, we are members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science and the Cleaning & Support Services Association

Security Services are also an option within our Soft FM offering. Our membership of the Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) and the Government's Security Industry Authority ensures certification and best practice in services such as monitoring and manned security.

A key part of Hard FM services is typically mechanical and electrical maintenance services, and our expertise in this area is backed by our membership of the NICEIC and Gas Safe Register the F-Gas Register certification schemes.

Our membership of the Legionella Control Association provides certainty of our compliance in legionella control services.
