The project was procured through Scape Group’s National Major Works Framework, since superseded by Major Works Scotland, part of Scape’s National Construction framework. It was delivered by Robertson in partnership with Willmott Dixon.  Scape Group is a public sector owned built environment specialist offering a full suite of national frameworks and innovative design solutions.

“Dundee Waterfront is an exciting and innovative development project. The team behind the Waterfront is ambitious and enthusiastic about this project and we are delighted to be working with them.”

Regenerating the riverside

Dundee Waterfront is home to a £1 billion regeneration project which has started with our development on site six. The five-storey building offers 50,000 sq ft of office space with two retail units on the ground floor.

“This is another important milestone in the transformation of our Central Waterfront. This development and others in the Central Waterfront will not only act as a magnet for future employers but also create opportunities for workers in the construction sector.”

Development of site six

Our office block is part of a broader development on site six which will include 67 apartments for private rent and a 120-bed hotel. The regeneration of the Waterfront hopes to attract more businesses and tourists to this area of the city.

“We are absolutely determined to build a fairer and smarter city for the future and take on the challenges that exist for the benefit of our people.”
