Best value maintenance over a wide area

Costa Coffee carried out an extensive review of their repair and maintenance supply chain. The company was looking for best value from a maintenance contract, while covering a wide area, including sites in more remote locations such as Fort William and Inverness.

Rapid response maintenance

Robertson Facilities Management will supply Costa Coffee with a range of maintenance services including shopfront, flooring, door and furniture repairs, as well as plumbing and electrical services.

The new contract will have dedicated contract management, mobile engineering and maintenance resources. Two contract managers will manage the new locations across Scotland and the North East of England, operating out of Stirling and Newcastle-upon-Tyne respectively.

Ensuring 24/7 retail operations

Ian Gibson, Managing Director for Robertson Facilities Management, said: “This contract award demonstrates our ability to deliver a 24/7 mobile maintenance service while offering best value to Costa.”

Our directly employed mobile engineers are deployed so that planned maintenance is covered efficiently and unexpected business-critical repairs are resolved rapidly. Our in-house tracking and measurement tools ensure that our operatives  are on site within the agreed response times.

This new contract award builds on Robertson FM’s current Premier Inn Hotels and Beefeater Restaurant chain contracts, where we carry out planned and reactive maintenance for gas and electrical services.
