The 40-unit housing development provides a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom high-quality, energy-efficient flats and houses on a former greenfield site in Newburgh. Delivered in partnership with Kingdom Housing Association, Banklands responds to local needs and visions for the community following consultations with Kingdom’s tenant liaison group.

The new properties enjoy a location with coastal views and good access to local amenities and transport links, key to building a sustainable community.

High quality affordable housing has a huge role to play in addressing some of the most important societal challenges of our time, including homelessness and poverty. The new homes are built to last and meet the specific needs of residents to ensure we’re delivering long-term solutions that help the region thrive.
