How do you see your first step?

 

Internship

Some see a summer placement. We see an opportunity to put your academic knowledge into practice. Get work-ready before you graduate with a placement suited to you. Over 12 weeks you'll be immersed in our business challenges, collaborate on projects and learn from our expert people.

And if you’re a stand-out team member, and Robertson feels like the right place for you, there’s the chance to secure a graduate position once you’ve finished university.


Graduate role

Graduates are our experts of the future. If you're graduating with a degree such as Business, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Marketing, our opportunities empower you to further your career as you work, building on your studies and gaining extra professional qualifications.


Apprenticeship

Developing your talent is mutually beneficial: it's the start of your career but is also essential to the future of our business. You can combine work and study, through our structured trade or modern apprenticeship programmes. Master practical skills through on-site experience while we support you towards an industry-approved qualification.


Traineeship

You’ll learn about the job, on the job. You will be supported through an HNC or degree so you gain qualifications as well as work-based skills. Our goal is to set you up for a great career at Robertson.
