In 2018 we successfully recruited 24 apprentices and trainees to the business. This year we have 25 positions available. As part of our Young People Strategy, our aim is to appoint over 55 Emerging Talent positions in total, including Interns and Graduates.

What Apprenticeships are available?

We are also pleased to be partnering with the Digital Construction team to create the first ever Digital Construction Apprenticeship in Scotland. Two positions will be available and candidates will complete their apprenticeship studies at Napier University.
