A 40-unit affordable housing development in Fife

Shortlisted for Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Mid-sized) at the Scottish Home Awards, the £4.5 million Banklands development increases affordable housing supply in Newburgh.

The housing development provides a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom high-quality, energy-efficient flats and houses on a former greenfield site. 

Delivered in partnership with Kingdom Housing Association, Banklands responds to local needs and visions for the community following consultations with Kingdom's tenant liaison group.
