Apprentice of the Year

The Robertson Apprentice of the Year award was established in 2003 and is open to all apprentices who work for Robertson Northern, Robertson Eastern and Robertson Homes.

The development of our apprentice scheme is vital to the future success of Robertson and we look for young people who buy into our values of forging strong client relationships and take responsibility for their own personal development whilst offering mutual support to their colleagues.

When considering our finalists we look for outstanding candidates who display all of the above attributes as well as those who have been awarded exemplary reports from their manager and training college.

The winner is presented with a trophy and a cheque by a member of senior management.
