Two benches have been gifted to Chalmers Hospital in Banff to mark the end of the building project by the infrastructure, support services and construction group Robertson.
The contract, valued at more than £10m, took place in four phases and involved a complete refurbishment of the existing hospital and the creation of two new medical centres.
Colin McKinnon, Regional Operations Director of Robertson said: “We’re delighted to mark the end of construction by handing over two benches to the hospital. Throughout the project we have worked in partnership with NHS Grampian to ensure the hospital remained operational during construction. It’s taken three years and we’re delighted that the project has been completed on time and on budget.”
